Intimate Ceremonies on the Water
A yacht wedding is a micro-wedding by design. There is room for up to 13 guests across three decks, so every person aboard is someone who actually matters to you. No filler seats, no obligatory invites, no table assignment for a relative you have not seen in a decade.
Your officiant is welcome aboard, and many couples choose to have the ceremony on the flybridge with panoramic views of the bay. The climate-controlled main cabin is where everyone gathers before and after the ceremony, and the aft deck and swim platform give you more room for drinks and photos against the water.
We work through the details with you. Want to anchor near Egmont Key for a ceremony with the historic lighthouse in the background? We can do that. Prefer to exchange vows while cruising slowly past the St. Pete waterfront as the city lights flicker on? That works too. Tell us which one you want and we will build the timing around it.
Sunset Proposals
Planning a proposal is nerve-wracking. You want it private, and you want it to stay a surprise until the second it happens. On a yacht she thinks she is going on a sunset cruise, with no idea the champagne is already chilled, the flowers are set out on the flybridge, and the crew is standing by to capture the moment.
Our crew has helped dozens of partners pull off surprise proposals. We will coordinate the timing so you are in position for golden hour. We can arrange for rose petals, a custom playlist queued to your song, and champagne ready to pop the second she says yes. If you want friends and family hiding below deck for a surprise reveal afterward, we have done that too.
On a private yacht there are no bystanders and no waiter walking up mid-sentence. It is the two of you, the water, and the sunset. After the proposal you cruise the bay together, toast with the champagne, and take your time getting back to the dock.

The flybridge offers panoramic views perfect for ceremonies. The main cabin seats guests in climate-controlled comfort. The aft deck is ideal for cocktails and toasting as the sun sets over the Gulf.
Decorations Welcome
Bring your florist, your arch, your banners and bunting. We will help you set up before guests arrive and get everything exactly where you want it.
Captain & Crew Included
A USCG-licensed captain and attentive crew handle the navigation, the timing and the logistics. The only thing you have to think about is your vows.
Your Wedding Day on the Water
Every wedding charter is built around your day, but here is what a typical 5-hour weekend celebration looks like. We will work out the timeline with you and your officiant.
3:00 PM: Boarding & Final Touches
Arrive at our St. Petersburg marina. The crew helps with the last of the decorations, arranges the flowers, and checks that everything looks right. Guests board and settle in with welcome drinks.
3:30 PM: Cast Off & Cruise
Depart the marina and cruise into the bay. Guests spread out across the flybridge and aft deck as you pass the St. Pete waterfront, with music playing softly.
5:30 PM: Ceremony & Champagne Toast
Anchor in a scenic spot as golden hour begins. The ceremony happens on the flybridge with the sunset behind you, and the champagne comes out as soon as you are married.
6:00 PM: Sunset Reception & Photos
Cruise slowly as the sun sets. Your photographer gets portraits with the Gulf behind you. Dinner, cake and dancing on the water, then back to the marina by 8:00 PM.
