How our SMS messaging program works — opt-in, opt-out, frequency, and your rights.

By providing your mobile phone number to Yacht Away Now LLC ("Yacht Away Now," "we," or "us"), you agree to the terms outlined below regarding our SMS (text message) communications.

1. Program Description

Yacht Away Now operates an SMS messaging program to send customers and prospects information related to luxury yacht charter inquiries, booking confirmations, charter reminders, customer support communications, post-charter follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers. Participation is entirely voluntary.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Yacht Away Now through any of the following methods:

  • Submitting your phone number through a form on yachtawaynow.com and checking the SMS consent box
  • Providing your phone number during the charter booking process and consenting to SMS communications
  • Verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone consultation with our team
  • Replying START or YES to a message from Yacht Away Now

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized to provide consent on behalf of the subscriber.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with Yacht Away Now. You may receive transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, customer support) as needed, and promotional messages no more than a few times per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Yacht Away Now does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to all messages sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Yacht Away Now at any time. To unsubscribe, reply with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Yacht Away Now. To resubscribe, reply START at any time.

Yacht Away Now's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide when opting in to our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile opt-in data — including phone numbers and consent records — are excluded from any third-party sharing. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf and is restricted from being used for any other purpose.

9. Eligibility

To participate in our SMS program, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

Yacht Away Now reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
