Why NYE on a Yacht?

Every year, millions of people pack into the same overpriced restaurants and overcrowded bars, or the same house parties where you spend half the night looking for a parking spot and the other half waiting on a drink. New Year's Eve is supposed to be special. It is the one night everyone agrees to stop and celebrate the turn of the calendar together. So why spend it shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers?

A private yacht charter on Tampa Bay gives you the New Year's Eve you actually want: your closest friends, your music on the premium stereo, your champagne chilled in the galley. The NYE Experience

Your New Year's Eve charter is entirely customizable, but here is what the night typically looks like aboard our 52ft Marquis Flybridge. From the moment you step on board, the marina lights are reflecting off the water and the music is already going.

Boarding begins at 8pm at our St. Petersburg marina. The yacht is prepped and ready: climate-controlled interior, premium sound system queued up, coolers stocked with ice. Bring your food, your drinks, your party favors, and your best outfit. As you cast off, the city skyline slides into view.

The captain cruises the Tampa Bay waterfront, passing the downtown skylines of both St. Pete and Tampa. The water is calm, the air is warm by mainland standards, and the lights of the bridges and buildings make a backdrop no rooftop bar can match. Dinner on the aft deck, drinks on the flybridge, dancing in the main cabin: however you want to spend the evening, the yacht is yours.

As midnight approaches, we anchor in a good viewing spot on Tampa Bay. The countdown happens on the flybridge with champagne glasses raised. When the clock hits zero, fireworks go up from every direction. Tampa, St. Pete, and the beaches all launch at once, and you are sitting right in the middle of it. Toast the new year, hug your people, and watch a fireworks show that surrounds you on every side. The return cruise to the marina is around 1am, with the city skyline fading behind you.
